Corporate training is far more than delivering online courses - organizations need to measure knowledge, behavior, and coaching in one place. No existing platform did all of that.

Talentology relied on multiple disconnected tools to deliver courses, run assessments, schedule coaching sessions, and report back to HR teams. Each system operated in isolation - creating data gaps and operational friction at every handoff between departments.

HR teams had no unified view of employee development. Assessment results lived in spreadsheets. Coaches managed bookings manually via WhatsApp. There was no way to connect course completion to behavioral change, coaching utilization, or pre/post performance comparison.
